We currently ship exclusively to the USA. We are working on expanding our shipping options to other countries in the future.

• In rare instances, delivery may take up to 30 business days, depending on factors like customs clearance or shipping delays.
• Note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays, which may cause additional delays.
We strive to keep most items in stock. However, certain seasonal products may run out, and restocking depends on market availability. If an item is currently unavailable, feel free to contact us, and we’ll notify you when it becomes available.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-5 business days. However, some items or special requests may require additional processing time.
If you receive a damaged product, please refer to our Return Policy. We will either refund or replace the damaged item upon verification. Kindly provide video evidence of the damage within 1 day of delivery to initiate the process.
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 1 hour of placing the order, or before we begin processing your order. If the cancellation is processed within the time frame, we will issue a refund minus a 5% transaction fee (to cover payment gateway charges).

Yes! If you cannot find a product on our website, please visit our Custom Order page and submit your request. You can provide details about the product you’re looking for, and we’ll do our best to source it for you.
We do not charge any taxes for exports as our business is registered under the Letter of Undertaking (LUT) in India. However, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by the US government upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. If you decide not to accept the package due to these charges, please refuse delivery and return the product. A refund (minus shipping and customs fees) will be processed after verifying the return.
