Manufacturer Partnership Policy

We welcome manufacturers interested in listing their products on TrueCureCare. Please review the following requirements and terms before reaching out to us:

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Location: The company must be based in India.
  2. Online Presence: Your products must already be listed on major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, 1MG, or other well-known portals.
  3. Product Expiry: All products must have a minimum expiry period of one year from the date of listing.
  4. Packaging Standards:
    • Products in glass bottle containers will not be accepted.
    • Packaging must be robust enough to endure long-distance shipping without damage.

Onboarding Process:

  1. After initial approval, we will provide an Excel sheet for you to input the required product details.
  2. The completed Excel sheet must be submitted within the specified timeline.
  3. The review and onboarding process will take up to 15 working days after receiving the completed data.

Important Notes:

  • Submissions that do not meet the above requirements will not be considered.
  • TrueCureCare reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion without providing detailed explanations.
