In the event of any disputes arising from product removal, incorrect information, or inaccurate photos displayed on our platform, customers are required to contact our Dispute Resolution Team directly.

How to File a Dispute:
All disputes must be submitted in writing to our official dispute email address: dispute@truecurecare.com. The email should include the following details:

  1. Order number (if applicable).
  2. A clear description of the issue or discrepancy.
  3. Relevant supporting evidence, such as screenshots or photos.

Response Timeline:
Upon receipt of your dispute, our team will acknowledge your email within two (2) business days and will initiate an investigation. Please note that the timeline for resolving disputes may vary depending on the complexity of the issue.

Important Legal Notice:

  1. Filing a dispute does not guarantee a resolution in the customer’s favor; resolutions will be based on our internal investigation and evidence presented.
  2. TrueCureCare reserves the right to determine the validity of the claim and to make corrections or adjustments as deemed appropriate.
  3. By submitting a dispute, the customer agrees to provide accurate and truthful information to facilitate the resolution process.
  4. This platform is not liable for errors resulting from third-party influences, including manufacturer updates or technical glitches.
